We charge a one-time finders fee per hire which changes slightly depending on the role. This is usually 35% of the presumed first year's full-time salary. For example, if we send you someone that's hired for $800 USD per month, their first-year salary would be $9,600 USD. Based on this our one-time fee would be or $3,360.

Payment will only be requested after a successful hire

It depends on the type of the position, but generally within 14 days.
